Choose Your Transmission

In the Civic Hatchback, getting there is way more than half the fun. It comes with a standard continuously variable transmission (CVT), but for those that love the clutch, a 6-speed manual transmission is available.

The Civic Hatchback comes equipped with an Earth Dreams™ 4-cylinder engine: either an available 1.5-litre turbocharged, direct-injected VTEC® engine with 180-hp* or the standard 2.0-litre port-injected, naturally-aspirated i-VTEC® with 158 hp.

Multiple Drive Modes

Switch between three drive modes with a toggle. Normal covers your everyday drive, ECON boosts fuel efficiency, and the available Sport mode allows more dynamic handling.
